At DrDrone, we want to ensure your flight experience is seamless, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened aerial equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our dedicated support team is here to assist with easy returns and technical evaluations.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific drone or accessory.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all propellers, batteries, controllers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Once your RMA is approved, print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our technicians verify the unit's flight logs and physical condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
